Shipoke's terrible secret
There is one thing you need to know about Shipoke, my quaint, historical neighborhood along the Susquehanna River in Harrisburg, Pa.
We love our dogs, those of us who have them. But we expect them to perform for us in the annual Halloween parade. Just like this little dachshund dressed up as a wiener dog. Does he look happy? Not at all. Even though his costume drew raves from kids and adults alike.
